Conocido por sus seguidores como "Lyrical Assasin", debido a su forma de adaptar las ocurrencias y rimas multi-silábicas callejeras, Cuban Link comenzó en el género del Rap y Hip-Hop a los 15 años de edad, aunque tuvo que luchar por hacerse un lugar en este mundo. Cuban Link, cuyo nombre original es Felix Delgado, nació en 1974 en La Havana, Cuba. Pero ya, en 1980, se trasladó a EE.UU., concretamente al barrio del Bronx, en Nueva York, en el que, desde muy joven, se vio influenciado por la cultura del Hip-Hop.
